Finance experience is not important. Enterprise level organization experience may be helpful but second to skills.
Technical Skills Required:
Building AI models to explore the e-communication data for internal banking communications to help monitor if non-public regulatory information is being shared and other uses that may come from profiling that data. Will focus on Capital Markets but can scale to other groups like WIM.
Team of 6 software engineers within a total team of 12 onshore and offshore partnering with system consultants, etc.
Will work in a Kanban process with daily standups. Deliver Jira tickets as part of the sprint cycle. Have monthly releases with 2 weeks of development time and 10 days of UAT.
We are looking for senior developer having Java or Python or Scala programming experience with a focus on AI/ML frameworks and tools in a Cloud (preferably Microsoft Azure) platform. Exposure to Cloud computing, Terraform, Azure CLI, Kafka/MQ, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, BigData, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, CI/CD pipeline is a huge plus. Explore sure GenAI and LLM models.
