Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

 

Location : Onsite - 1690 Barton Rd Ste 200 Redlands, CA 92373

 

Primary Responsibilities: 

 

Patient Interaction

 

  • Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Direct patients to appropriate departments or personnel
  • Answer multiple phone lines, direct calls, and take messages
  • Inform provider assistants of no-shows and cancellations

 

Appointment Management

 

  • Schedule and confirm appointments using a PC
  • Handle cancellations and rescheduling efficiently
  • Contact patients to confirm or reschedule appointments

 

Administrative Duties

 

  • Verify patient information and insurance eligibility
  • Collect co-pays and insurance payments
  • Process patient-related paperwork and forms
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

 

Customer Service

 

  • Provide comprehensive service to resolve caller requests
  • Problem-solved using available resources
  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications: 

 

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service

Preferred Qualifications: 

 

  • 6+ months of healthcare experience 

 

 

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $27.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
