About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for its Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing hands-on leadership, strategic direction, and operations management in a critical care environment. This role requires a focus on business development, exceptional quality patient care, and fiscal accountability. The CEO will be expected to analyze complex situations, make effective decisions, and maintain high personal integrity and professionalism. Key responsibilities include daily patient, family, and staff interactions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering employee engagement. The CEO will also be involved in the development and maintenance of key business relationships, as well as the preparation of various budgets and strategic plans.
Applicants for the CEO position must have a Masters degree and a minimum of 3 years' of leadership experience in healthcare, with a strong background in management functions such as finance, strategic planning, and community education of health programs. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years' of operations experience in an acute care or specialty hospital setting is required. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on self-starter, capable of operating effectively under pressure, and will be expected to uphold the company's high ethical standards and professional policies.
