You’ll play a key role in keeping our job sites organized, sanitary, and homeowner-ready throughout the renovation process: Perform daily housekeeping and post-construction cleaning in occupied residential units Execute tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and debris removal Maintain a clean, clutter-free, and hazard-free environment Communicate and coordinate with teams Follow site-specific safety protocols and cleanliness guidelines Represent SageWater with a professional attitude and respectful conduct What We’re Looking For : Strong work ethic , reliability , and punctuality Detail-oriented mindset with high standards for cleanliness Ability to follow instructions , work independently, and stay on task Team player with a positive, solutions-driven attitude Comfortable working in occupied homes and active construction zones Daily reliable transportation to job site Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills Job Requirements : Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to pass a background check Must pass a pre-employment drug screening Available for full-time, weekday work (Monday–Friday 8am-5pm) Ready to Build Something That Lasts?
