The starting pay is $92,000-$130,000 per year depending on experience. Candidates with enough industry experience may be able to negotiate a higher starting rate.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily construction operations across multiple pipeline rehabilitation projects.
• Review and interpret plans, specifications, and site maps to ensure compliance with design and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project efficiency.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar software.
• Track progress, budgets, and resource allocation to meet established goals.
• Lead pre-bid, pre-construction, and progress meetings with customers and partners.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance on all job sites.
• Manage material procurement, RFIs, submittals, and documentation throughout project life cycle.

What We Need:

• 3+ years of experience managing construction projects valued at $1M+ annually.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Experience in water, wastewater, or municipal infrastructure preferred.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel/Word.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Financial and cost-tracking awareness; ability to monitor budgets and performance metrics.
• Willingness to travel as needed (~25%).
