📌 Position Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Agent (CSA) to join our growing team in Florida. This role is critical to supporting our sales operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and coordinating between sales, technical service, and finance. The CSA will manage the flow of quotes, orders, and client communications while maintaining high accuracy and responsiveness.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish) , detail-oriented, and comfortable working with QuickBooks and CRM tools in a fast-paced industrial B2B environment.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer requests and coordinate responses within 24 hours .
  • Prepare and process quotes, sales orders, and service requests in QuickBooks and our CRM system (HubSpot) .
  • Act as the main liaison between customers, sales representatives, and the technical service team.
  • Track order fulfillment, deliveries, and post-sale support in coordination with warehouse staff.
  • Maintain updated records of client interactions, ensuring accurate data for reporting and decision-making.
  • Generate weekly reports on open quotes, pending orders, and service tickets for management.
  • Support marketing and sales campaigns by following up on digital leads and event inquiries.

📌 Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2–4 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or sales support (B2B preferred).
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks and at least one CRM platform (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable with technology, MS Office/Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools.T
  • Team player, proactive, and service-oriented mindset.
