We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with an eye for creativity, attention to detail and a strong work ethic. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer requests and communicating clearly throughout the print process. Responsibilities: Answering customer requests and documenting their desires Organizing jobs that need to be processed and working with the production team to ensure jobs are being completed Provide recommendations to customers based on your observations Create quotes and invoices for customers and process payment Be friendly and patient with customers in a retail setting Job Types: Part-time, Full-time Pay: $16.00 per hour Experience level: No experience needed Shift: 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Weekly day range: Monday to Friday Work setting: In-person Ability to commute/relocate: Austin, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person Workforce Solutions Capital Area
