Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join assist our client's frequent needs on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, efficient, and enjoys working with data in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into internal databases and systems with a high degree of accuracy
• Verify data for completeness and correct errors
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Perform regular data audits and clean-up tasks
• Assist with generating reports and summaries as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
• Proven experience in data entry or administrative support
• Strong typing skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
