Full Time Dental Assistant

Orlando Dental Group is now seeking a Full Time Dental Assistant in beautiful Orlando, Florida! As a Full Time Dental Assistant , come join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals.

Full Time Dental Assistant Schedule:

Monday through Thursday 7:45am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dentists chairside
• Welcomes patients
• Prepares patients for treatments or checkups ensuring comfort
• Selection and setup of instrumentation, equipment and other dental materials as needed
• Instrument sterilization according to regulations
• Maintains accurate patient records
• Lab tasks as instructed
• Provide post-operative care instructions
• Maintain clean and stocked operatories

Qualifications

• Florida Essential Functions Dental Assistant Required
• Organized lead Dental Assistant with at least 2 years of general dentistry experience, with ortho aligners and cerec, 3d printers, scanner, xray, impressions, temps, insurance, treatment presentation etc.
• Ability to multitask and be proactive in work
• Ability to present treatment plans to patients
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Understanding of health & safety regulations
• Experience with digital software
• Excellent interpersonal skills with great positive energy, empathetic, kind and outgoing
• Bilingual a plus, not required
