As a Depot Distribution Center Manager at Reliant Dry Ice, you will play a pivotal role in steering production, distribution, and marketing operations within your assigned territory. Your leadership will be crucial as you coordinate all aspects of production, warehousing, and sales in alignment with the policies set by the Industrial Organization Manager. Engage directly with customers and industry representatives to assess and promote enhanced services in your area. You'll develop strategic plans for the efficient use of materials, machinery, and workforce, while reviewing production costs and product quality to ensure profitable operations.

Analyzing competitor strategies, you will also plan and direct sales programs aimed at expanding market reach. Additionally, you'll oversee the preparation of accounting records and recommend budgets to management, ensuring the division thrives under your expert direction. This role encapsulates a unique blend of leadership, innovation, and customer-centricity, making it a vital position within our organization.

To thrive as a Depot Distribution Center Manager at Reliant Dry Ice, a robust skill set is essential. Candidates should possess a one-year certificate from a college or technical school, or have three to six months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in various software tools is critical, including Contact Management systems, Database software, Internet software, Inventory management software, Order processing systems, as well as Spreadsheet and Word Processing software.

Strong analytical skills will enable you to assess production costs and quality effectively. Additionally, your ability to communicate empathetically and build strong customer relationships will be crucial for evaluating and promoting improved services. A strategic mindset and problem-solving capabilities are indispensable for developing efficient plans and successfully navigating competitive landscapes.
