What You’ll Do

• Engage face-to-face with customers inside retail and event settings

• Present product and service information in a clear, compelling way

• Assist customers through enrollment, applications, and account setup

• Educate customers on current promotions, pricing, and product benefits

• Track leads, interactions, and follow-ups using basic CRM tools

• Represent the brand professionally while increasing customer sign-ups

• Work closely with leadership to meet weekly sales and performance goals

• Attend team meetings, trainings, and development workshops to grow your skillset

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills

• Confidence interacting with customers in person

• A positive, coachable attitude with a desire to grow

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• High school diploma required (college experience is a plus)

• Customer service or sales experience helpful but not required — we provide full training

• Basic tech/CRM familiarity is a bonus
