Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for attorneys and legal staff, with a focus on attracting and retaining top talent in a competitive market.


• Partner with Leadership: Work closely with firm leadership to understand staffing needs, growth plans, and firm culture to ensure recruitment efforts align with strategic goals.


• Candidate Sourcing: Use your network and innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-performing legal professionals from across the country.


• Oversee Summer Associate and Internship Programs: Manage the firms prestigious summer associate program, ensuring the experience is aligned with the firms standards of excellence.


• Promote Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity initiatives within recruitment efforts to ensure the firm remains at the forefront of inclusive hiring practices.


• Data-Driven Recruitment: Use market insights and data analytics to assess recruitment trends and implement effective strategies for talent acquisition.

What Were Looking For:

• Law Firm Background: A minimum of 7 years of experience in legal recruitment, with a strong preference for candidates with direct law firm experience.


• Leadership Experience: Proven success leading a recruitment team or managing high-level recruitment projects within a fast-paced law firm environment.


• Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to influence and collaborate with partners, leadership, and external candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process.


• Strategic Mindset: A forward-thinking approach with the ability to anticipate firm needs, build talent pipelines, and adapt recruitment strategies to meet evolving market demands.
