Work Schedule
Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
Responsibilities
o Perform regular maintenance and inspections of machinery to ensure optimal operation.
o Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment.
o Assemble and install new equipment and ensure proper setup and integration into manufacturing processes.
o Keep detailed records of machine service histories.
o Analyze machine operations and output to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
o Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
o Communicate effectively with team members and management about equipment status and maintenance needs.
o Provide training and guidance to other technical staff when needed.
o Proven experience as an Equipment Technician in a manufacturing environment.
o Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
o Ability to read and understand technical manuals and drawings.
o High school diploma required. Education or certification in Engineering or related field preferred.
o Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
o Strong communication and organizational skills.
o Aptitude for working under pressure and managing emergencies.
