Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour

Position Overview


We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Forklift / Stand-Up Lift Operator to join our warehouse team in Henderson. This position is essential for maintaining smooth daily operations by efficiently handling the movement, storage, and organization of products. The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating material handling equipment and a strong dedication to safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload inbound and outbound freight using forklift and stand-up lift equipment.
  
  
• Accurately pull, stage, and prepare daily orders for shipment.
  
  
• Offload ocean containers, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly stored.
  
  
• Organize and maintain inventory within warehouse racking systems.
  
  
• Ensure all products are correctly placed, labeled, and stored in designated locations.
  
  
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
  
  
• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, orderly warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience required operating forklifts and stand-up lift equipment.
  
  
• Demonstrated ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
  
  
• Must be able to pass a background check, E-Verify, and drug screening.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy in product handling.
  
  
• Effective organizational and time-management skills.
  
  
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and within a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
  
  
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
  
  
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
