Our first product, the AI Social Media Coordinator, is already transforming how businesses manage their online presence by augmenting the entire social teams with AI super power. The US companies currently spend $500B+ annually on business team hiring. We're positioned to capture at least 1% of this market ($5B/year) through our AI agents within the next decade.

Role Impact

As a member of our founding team, you'll work directly with our CTO and own our entire technical stack while laying the foundation for future growth. You'll be a key technical decision maker, working directly with the founders to enhance and expand our existing AI agent platform.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of our AI agent platform from architecture to implementation
• Design and build autonomous AI agents that execute complex business workflows
• Make critical technical decisions that will shape our product's future
• Establish engineering best practices as we grow the team
• Participate in oncall process to ensure the stability of the system

Required Qualifications

• Strong full-stack experience with Typescript and Python
• Hands-on experience building agentic workflows or ReAct-style agents
• Proven ability to move fast and ship production features without compromising quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Passionate for AI's transformative potential and closely follow AI-related news
• Startup experience or demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Experiences evaluating and optimizing workflows and agents
• Experiences creating and maintaining infrastructure on a cloud provider (e.g. AWS or GCP)
• Experiences with event-driven architectures and workflow orchestration
