Job Details Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop packaging, product labels, instruction manuals, and marketing collateral for hard goods.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure brand consistency and design accuracy across all materials.
• Create visual assets for digital and print, including trade show displays, catalogs, and sales presentations.
• Support product launches with creative assets that align with brand and market strategy.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across product lines and platforms.
• Assist in UX/UI design for digital tools, apps, or customer-facing platforms (nice to have).

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a manufacturing or hard goods environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing product-focused design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with Figma or similar tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with packaging design, dielines, and print production processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• UX/UI design experience is a plus but not required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and how they impact design.
