GENERAL DUTIES - Welcomes patients and visitors to the hospital. Provides information and directions to locations throughout the hospital for patients and guests.
- Provides patient information in compliance with the HIPAA requirements and organizational privacy policies.
- Assists in improving patient satisfaction. Anticipates family needs and resolves issues before they become major source of concern.
- Receives guest suggestions, complaints and escalates through proper channels.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Required: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent OR 2 years of work experience.

FUNCTIONAL DEMANDS - Medium: Medium physical requirements- Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.
