About the Role As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell products and provide support and guidance. You’ll use fashion and product knowledge to share relevant information for the best customer experience. You’ll also be involved in garment refill and care, presentation, and maintaining a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. A Day in the Life Working at H&M means no two days are the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities.
