Vaco Atlanta is hiring an HR Administrative Assistant for our global client in Dalton, GA. The HR Admin Assistant will provide essential support to the HR Manager and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role ideal for someone organized, dependable, and eager to grow within the HR field.

Job Type: Direct Hire, Permanent
Compensation: $50,000 - $54,000

What You'll Do:

• Maintain accurate employee files and HR records.
• Support recruiting activities by scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding.
• Prepare and process documentation for payroll, attendance, and benefits.
• Help coordinate employee events, training sessions, and open enrollment.
• Manage HR communications, respond to employee inquiries, and assist with leave tracking (FMLA, ADA, STD).

What You'll Bring:

• 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS knowledge a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through skills.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
