Job Details Location: Santa Barbara, CA Job Type: Full Time Pay: $45/hr Non-exempt Duties Responsibilities include ensuring safety and security of principals, monitoring activities, controlling access, driving or tailing principals, conducting route and venue prep, screening mail, monitoring threats, coordinating with staff, maintaining equipment, and supporting team operations. Flexibility for overtime, physical fitness, and proactive problem-solving are essential. Licensing Requirements CA BSIS Security Guard license California BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit with 9mm endorsement Valid US Driver’s License Current Passport (>6 months validity) CPR/First Aid/AED certifications Preferred Education & Experience Associates or bachelor’s degree, or EP certification with 2+ years experience Driving school certification, military or law enforcement background, active First Responder/EMT, outdoor activity experience, CCW permit preferred Skills & Experience 2+ years EP and RST experience Knowledge of security tech, excellent communication, teamwork, drug-free, specific training provided Physical Requirements Ability to patrol, detain, sit/stand for long hours, lift up to 50 lbs, respond to physical threats, perform outdoor activities Salary & Benefits $42/hr, 12-hour shifts, overtime, paid leave, PTO, holidays, 401(k), health benefits, insurance, life and disability coverage Employment is at-will.
