Responsibilities

• Supervise and optimize Helpdesk teams
• Act as an Escalation point for Help-desk operations
• Create a positive environment within the office
• Work closely with VIP clients
• Ensure smooth transition from projects to service operations

Must Haves

• 5-7 years in IT Service Management
• Strong evidence of leading a team of 30+ people successfully
• Outstanding analytical skills, recognizing patterns to improve performance
• High-level communication skills to work closely with VIP Clients
• Ability to manage escalations
• Experience meeting SLAs
• Good at multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Experience at an MSP
