Role Overview:
As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our agency’s growth by helping clients secure the best insurance coverage that meets their unique needs. You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing customized solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals + manage our EXISTING BOOK OF BUSINESS
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific insurance needs.
Conduct detailed consultations with prospective clients to recommend the best Property & Casualty, Life, and Health coverage options.
Meet and exceed individual sales goals while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory requirements.
Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, handling claims, and ensuring accurate policy management.
Work with the agency team to achieve collective sales objectives and deliver exceptional client service.
Ensure clients have the appropriate coverage, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
Key Qualifications:
Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
