Dental Laboratory Technician – Pressable Ceramics (Invest, Press, Divest)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Dental Lab Technician with experience in the investing, pressing, and divesting processes of ceramic restorations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with pressable ceramics, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately invest, press, and divest ceramic restorations following lab protocols.
• Handle pressable ceramics, including wax patterns and ingot selection.
• Maintain and operate pressing equipment and related tools.
• Ensure precise margins, contours, and fit during and after processing.
• Follow quality control standards to produce consistent, high-quality results.
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous dental lab experience, specifically in pressable ceramics .
• Strong understanding of investing and pressing techniques.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of multiple ceramic systems (e.max, Empress, etc.).
• Experience in other areas of dental lab production (waxing, finishing, staining/glazing).
