🔧 Your Role

As a Loader, you’ll be at the heart of our warehouse operations, ensuring materials are unloaded efficiently and safely using advanced equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts, diesel forklifts, and electric pallet jacks to unload inbound shipments.
• Maintain accuracy and speed while unloading materials.
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe.
• Collaborate with team members to support overall warehouse productivity.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience with sit-down forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
• Stable work history (no more than 4 jobs in 5 years).
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Experience in large distribution centers (100,000+ sq. ft.).

🌟 Bonus Skills

• Ability to explain job changes clearly.
• Quick adaptability to meet performance standards within 1–2 weeks.
• Familiarity with productivity tracking and performance metrics.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
