Position Highlights

• Unit: Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Nursery
• Team: 27 Full-Time Employees
• Births: Up to 1500/year
• Shift: Days only – No weekends
• Reports to: Director of Women's Services

Qualifications

• Licensure: FL RN License or Compact State License
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a Labor & Delivery Manager role
• Certifications (Required or must be obtained within timeline):
  • BLS – within 30 days
  • ACLS – within 30 days
  • NRP – within 90 days
  • STABLE – within 60 months
  • Intermediate/Advanced Fetal Monitoring – within 60 months

Pay Range

💰 $42.36 – $52.96 – $62.00/hr (Based on experience)
