Medior/senior fullstack developer for AI startup - React/Python Our client is developing an AI copilot to improve the efficiency of recruitment processes. We’re looking to strengthen the team with a fullstack developer who has a strong sense for UX/UI and is ready to take real ownership. you will become part of a small international self-organized team, where you will be responsible for backend and frontend development in collaboration with your colleagues you will design the architecture of the application you will create REST APIs, as we will be using React for FE you will use the Python, Typescript and other tools needed for development - Git, Trello (kanban board), Slack What you need to have knowledge of Python and JS and full-stack development of larger products at medior/senior level Ability to take a User Story from the CTO and propose a technical solution to the problem experience with REST API development knowledge of working with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, React overlap into DevOps - infrastructure setup, CI/CD pipelines What is nice to have experience with designing complete UX/UI solution you are no stranger to design patterns, software architecture, scalable solutions you rank teamwork above individualism, you know the principles of scrum and agile approach to development What we offer cooperation: freelancer mode, contract for 6 months with the possibility of extension fair financial remuneration depending on what you have done: 4000-6500 CZK/MD culture based on mutual trust and cooperation, flat organizational structure egofree team, where one does not go far for advice your opinion stands out in our small team sickdays 100% remote after onboarding is possible annual spring skiing on an Austrian glacier and legendary Christmas parties We will reply back to everyone.
