The Parking Enforcement Assistant Manage r is responsible for recording data, identifying trends, and generating insights regarding the On-Street Parking Enforcement operation for the City of Newport Beach. Insights will be communicated to the Operations Manager, General Manager, and City staff as recommendations for program improvements. They are responsible for helping to facilitate ongoing safety training initiatives for frontline employees. This is a high-demand role, with daily interaction between parking regulations employees, managers, Human Resources, and Risk Departments. LAZ’s continued growth has created an opportunity for a talented manager with public and private accounting, and administration/office management experience to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of monthly accounting, performance-based, and reporting for a dynamic work environment.
Job duties include gathering data, interpreting statistics, writing reports, and designing charts and graphs.

Management experience for at least 3 years with accounts payable
Physical Demands:
- Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc. - Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 lbs. - Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods. - Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
