Are you a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) passionate about supporting the early development of young students? Join Cross Country Education in a supportive Early Intervention setting as a dedicated Personal Care Assistant in Delaware County, PA !

Position Overview:

• Collaborate with classroom teachers, Special Education staff, and therapists to implement individualized plans for Early Intervention students (ages 0-5).
• Implement educational and developmental goals, including assistance with adaptive equipment, mobility, and personal care needs (feeding, toileting, diapering) as required.
• Manage assignments which may require traveling between student locations or school sites during the day.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree, a CDA, or a Para Educator Credential (Required)
• Valid In-person CPR Certification
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Prior experience working with children ages 0-5
• Ability to pass all required background checks and compliance requirements
