About Us

We are a boutique consulting firm that helps land developers and homebuilders navigate California’s complex Department of Real Estate (DRE) approval process. From our Clovis headquarters, we partner with some of the most respected names in real estate to bring structure, compliance, and efficiency to subdivision projects statewide.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our subdivision services team. In this role, you will:

• Coordinate subdivision filings and regulatory approvals
• Serve as the point of contact between developers, attorneys, engineers, and government agencies
• Review and organize technical documents like maps, legal descriptions, and utility plans
• Track project milestones, deadlines, and critical approvals
• Conduct property, entitlement, and regulatory research
• Support senior project managers with document prep, agency communication, and client follow-up

This is a full-time, in-office role —ideal for professionals from real estate, escrow, title, construction, or land development looking to grow their career in real estate project coordination and compliance .

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in a professional office environment (required)
• Experience in real estate, escrow, title, land development, or construction (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field (preferred)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfortable with online research
• Local to the Fresno/Clovis area and able to work in-office, Monday–Friday (no hybrid/remote)
