Overview Our client is a Florida-based HVAC company specializing in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services. We are now looking for a Project Manager Assistant to join the team and support operational and administrative processes. This is a remote, part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance. Location Location: Eastern Europe Employment type Part-time (remote) Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks; Prepare and manage documentation for permits, licenses, and municipal processes; Communicate with clients, contractors, and city offices via phone and email; Track deadlines, manage document flow, and ensure timely follow-up; Maintain organized records and assist in reporting/project tracking; Proactively address minor issues and help drive projects forward. Requirements Experience in administrative or coordination positions; Fluency in English; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Self-management and the ability to work independently without constant supervision; Strong communication and problem-solving skills; Willingness to learn industry-specific processes and terminology; Confidence in handling phone calls and formal correspondence; Proficiency with document management and digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Excel, Trello, or similar).
