Key Responsibilities

1、Project Planning :

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.

2、Project Execution :

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

3、Quality Control :

• Ensure all projects meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
• Conduct regular project reviews and post-project evaluations.

4、Resource Management :

• Allocate resources effectively to optimize project efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., design, production, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

1、Education :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.

2、Experience :

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience , preferably in the rack and shelf industry or a related manufacturing sector.

3、Skills :

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and MS Office Suite.
