Working with Meru Health as a Remote 1099 Therapist fully licensed in MA , you will be part of a mission to make mental health care more holistic, effective, accessible and outcome-driven. What You'll Do
  • Facilitate 30-40 minute intake calls and brief program check-ins via Zoom.
  • Support participants in our 12-week digital program through secure clinical chat (approx. 10–15 minutes per participant per week).
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary care team and provide feedback to improve our tools and outcomes.
  • Track participant progress using our digital platform and maintain clinical documentation aligned with ethical and legal standards.

What You'll Bring
  • Doctoral or Master's degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy).
  • Full, independent licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LPC, LCSW) in Massachusetts (multi-state licensure a plus).
  • 3+ years of post-licensure experience working with adults navigating depression, anxiety, stress, or burnout.
  • Training in CBT, mindfulness-based therapy , and evidence-based care.
  • Cultural competence, clinical excellence, and compassion.
  • Comfort using technology and adaptability in a fast-growing, innovative environment.
  • A computer that meets the system requirements to run Venn
