SAP Project Manager – Global S/4HANA Transformation

18 Month Contract plus extensions

W2 (with 401k & health benefits) or C2C Independent

Hybrid | Vernon Hills, IL | 3 Days Onsite / 2 Remote

We are hiring an SAP Project Manager to lead Record-to-Report (RTR) and Finance (FICO) workstreams within a major ECC to S/4HANA (RISE) implementation.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role supporting a world-class transformation program focused on modernizing core business processes and strengthening financial operations across global entities. You’ll work closely with global process owners and IT leaders to drive delivery and alignment across teams. We hired the OTC, LE/EWM, and MDG PMs who have already started in early September!

Requirements

• Lead project delivery for the RTR and FICO workstreams within the S/4HANA transformation.
• Partner with global process owners, system integrators, and internal stakeholders to align on scope and milestones.
• Oversee project execution, risk management, resource planning, and progress tracking.
• Ensure deliverables meet objectives within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading SAP Finance or RTR projects through full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong hands-on understanding of SAP FICO and Record-to-Report processes.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and third-party partners.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience with SAP S/4HANA required, RISE experience is a nice-to-have
• Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite) required.
