As a Sales Development Manager, you’ll be an integral member of the go‑to‑market leadership team and will have an opportunity to build a world‑class organization. You will be working closely with Front’s data team to uncover opportunities, with marketing to craft compelling content, and with sales leadership to develop go‑to‑market strategies. While our SDR team is inbound focused currently, it will likely evolve to include an outbound motion, and this leader should have deep experience with both. Leading and developing a team of SDRs based in Chicago and Dublin (UKI) Ensuring execution of our priorities and driving results that exceed plan Using SFDC and other data/insights tools to measure the business performance and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization Working cross‑functionally to ensure the right information is flowing to the right parts of the organization at the right time What skills and experience do you need? Prior leadership experience (SD or Sales) with a track record of success in both results and team development Ability to derive insights from data and make sound decisions based on those insights Firm understanding of both inbound (MQL to SAO) and outbound (self‑sourced) pipeline generation Excellent collaborator with experience working cross‑functionally and globally This is a hybrid role Expected to be in our Chicago office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Flexible work‑from‑home 3 days per week unless posted as a full‑remote role.
