What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally
• Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates
• Manage smaller transactions and associated parties, including brokers
• Support the transactions team with documentation required for the transaction management process
• Assist with financial analysis and prepare market presentations

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
• Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Proficiency in data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting
