Job Description

The Store Manager Trainee is responsible for learning all aspects of store operations and management in preparation for assuming the role of Store Manager. This individual will participate in a structured training program focused on leadership, sales performance, customer service, inventory control, team development, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Full time 412 W Pine St,Edgewood,Texas 75117-2939 32800 Family Dollar _We are required to obtain specialized licenses for those of our stores that sell alcohol and/or tobacco. As a manager, you may be required by the local jurisdiction where a store is situated to provide certain detailed background information necessary to obtain a license to sell alcoholic beverages / tobacco_ _products. Failure_ _to comply and/or qualify for such license can lead to demotion or separation of employment._
