As a Textile Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will help you succeed and grow within the organization. Job Title: Textile Machine Operator Location: Marion, NC Pay Range: $17.05 - $18.55 Shift: 2nd shift What's the Job? Operate textile machinery efficiently and safely to meet production goals Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues promptly Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment What's Needed?
