Job Description:

• Strong knowledge of U.S. tax principles regarding U.S. and international operations.


• Expertise in ASC 740 income tax accounting.


• Understanding of IRC Section 482 requirements.


• Knowledge of OECD Model Tax Convention on Income and Capital.


• Manage preparation of transfer pricing documentation and compliance.


• Handle transfer pricing calculations, modeling, projections, and scenario planning.


• Develop and update transfer pricing policies and intercompany agreements.


• Participate in tax controversy and bilateral procedures.


• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.


• Perform additional duties, manage projects, and mentor staff.

Successful incumbents will have:

• Bachelors degree in accounting; advanced degrees or JD preferred.


• Professional certifications such as CPA or IPT-CMI are desirable.


• 5-7 years of tax experience in U.S. multinational environments.


• Experience with global transfer pricing management.


• Experience with bilateral tax treaty procedures is a plus.


• Knowledge of U.S. and international income tax.


• Familiarity with SAP general ledger system.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.


• Self-motivated with attention to detail and project management skills.

Estimated base pay ranges from $107,600 to $151,500, influenced by experience, education, and other factors.
