If you love crafting compelling narratives, understand church culture, and can edit with clarity and excellence, we want to connect with you.Key Responsibilities:Edit cinematic, story-driven videos for sermons, social media, promos, and eventsShape raw footage into emotionally resonant stories using sound design, transitions, typography, and pacingCollaborate with the Creative Director to deliver projects with clarity, spiritual impact, and brand consistencyManage timelines, project files, and versioning for efficient workflow and fast turnaroundMaintain high production quality and cohesive brand identity across all contentStay current with video editing trends and digital storytelling best practicesProtect the storys spiritual integrity while editing under tight deadlinesAssist with creative direction and content ideation where neededRequired Qualifications:Strong, mature faith in Jesus Christ57 years of professional editing experience in a church, agency, or creative studio settingAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, and color grading toolsStrong portfolio showcasing emotionally engaging and technically clean editsDeep understanding of storytelling, sound design, pacing, and motion graphicsExcellent collaboration, time management, and communication skillsAbility to receive feedback and pivot quickly in a high-output environmentFamiliarity with church culture and ability to speak to digital-native and multi-generational audiencesBonus: Multicam sermon or event editingBonus: Experience with motion graphics or animationBonus: Camera operation knowledgeSuccess in This Role Looks Like:Transforming raw footage into powerful, Christ-centered storiesProducing media that elevates worship, evangelism, and discipleshipEnhancing the creative output and spiritual depth of every projectContributing to a thriving, fast-paced creative teamCreating consistent, branded content that strengthens 2819s digital impactSpiritual & Personal ExpectationsSpirit-filled with a heart of the Gospel and JesusHeart for digital ministry and evangelismGrowing relationship with the LordExcellence in relationship-buildingCreative and innovative mindsetMulticultural awareness and global visionMinimal Essential Functions:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the timeMust be willing to travel as needed for shoots, events, or special assignmentsAbility to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlinesWorking Hours & Expectations:Sunday presence required for all gatheringsRegular office hours MondayThursdayFlexibility for special events, campaigns, and urgent content needsTravel for major shoots and ministry engagementsPosition Type: Full-Time, ExemptApply now and help tell the story of revival.
