Join the Staff Management | SMX team as a Warehouse 2nd Shift Picker/Packer in Fort Worth, TX. Our premier client, Callaway Golf, is a global leader in the sporting goods industry and a great opportunity for long-term employment. We're immediately hiring for this material handler role.

Shift Information :
  • 2nd shift: Monday - Friday (Saturdays & Sundays required if scheduled during peak season), 4:00PM - 4:00AM
  • Hours subject to change due to mandatory overtime and ranges 8-10 hours (10-12 hours during peak)

Job Responsibilities

Associates in this role work between departments. Job duties include various tasks such as picking, packing, shipping, and receiving and associates must be detail oriented.

Associates will be asked to:
  • Perform general warehouse duties in various departments
  • Pick orders with an RF Scanner, print and place labels to scan
  • Lift, sort, and stack boxes (up to 60lbs.)
  • Handle other general duties as assigned to receive or process orders for shipment
  • Previous experience in a warehouse/distribution environment desired, but is not required
  • Able to read and count accurately and follow verbal and written directions in English
  • Able to stand and/or walk for the duration of shift up to 12 hours
  • Must be able to comprehend, speak and write in English
  • Willing to cross-train in other departments within the warehouse

Associate Requirements
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Background Check
  • Able to Lift 60 pounds
  • Drug Test
  • Stand for Shift Duration
  • Must be at least 18 years old
