The Company is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to be the key driver of its commitment to integrity, regulatory excellence, and risk management. The CCO will be responsible for leading the compliance strategy, ensuring that all day-to-day operations align with relevant laws, regulations, and internal standards. This high-impact role demands a visionary leader who can anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and develop proactive compliance programs that integrate with various teams to support the company's growth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the firm's regulatory risk matrix, staying abreast of evolving regulatory landscapes, and acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on compliance-related matters. Candidates for the CCO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (JD, MBA, or relevant master's degree preferred) and at least 10 years' of experience in compliance, legal, or risk management, particularly in real estate, financial services, or other highly regulated industries. Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including SEC, Fair Housing Act, ADA, GDPR, and AML, is essential. The role requires a proven ability to lead compliance initiatives, exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, as well as strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Professional certifications in compliance are a plus. The CCO will also be responsible for designing and overseeing compliance training programs, establishing reporting mechanisms, and ensuring compliance in critical areas such as data privacy and anti-money laundering.
