Exciting new positions as General Manager has become available with this award-winning international cruise ship company - The role entails direction of hotel operations & divisional performance objectives across F&B, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Financial Operations, Entertainment & Guest Activities, Inventory Management, Human Resources, Information Technology Operations, & Onboard Revenue.

• Luxury hotel or luxury cruise exposure
• Ten or more years progressive management experience in shipboard operations or a 4- or 5-star hotel
• At least five years operational experience in food and beverage, front office and/or housekeeping.
• Proven ability to manage all functions. Demonstrated leadership capabilities. Effective verbal and written communications skills. Exposure to international environments preferred.
• Knowledge of the principles and processes involved in business and organizational planning, coordination, and execution. This includes strategic planning, resource allocation, manpower modelling, leadership techniques and production methods.
• Proficient in essential computing skills and programs, such as Microsoft Office, Fidelio, Micros, Medallia, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent preferred.
• Fluency in English
• Ability to speak additional languages, such as Spanish, French or German advantageous.
