We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Entry Level Personal Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our executives and team members, helping to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage executive schedules and appointments.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
Organize meetings and take minutes as needed.
Maintain organized files and documentation.
Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or experience is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
