We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Floral Designer to join our creative team. Job Title Junior Floral Designer Role Description This is a part‑time on‑site role for a Florist Assistant located in Miami, FL. The Florist Assistant will support daily operations by preparing and arranging flowers, assisting with creative floral designs, and ensuring the shop is well‑maintained and organized. Additional responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, assisting clients with their floral selections, and supporting decoration tasks for events and displays. Responsibilities Prepares flowers (cutting, stripping leaves, hydrating) Cleans work areas and tools Helps assemble simple arrangements Packs orders and assists with deliveries Provides basic customer service Creates small bouquets Qualifications No experience required Must have own transportation Basic hand skills for cutting and arranging Ability to stand for long periods Willingness to learn flower care and design techniques Creativity and an eye for color Compensation $18/hour If you are passionate about flowers and design and want to be part of a dynamic, creative team, we’d love to hear from you!
