Dental Office Front Desk – Patient Care Coordinator DENTAL EXPERIENCE A MUST

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively in professional and courteous manner
• Willing to effectively participate as a team member with the office personnel
• Good organizational skills
• Must be a people person with a great attitude and attention to detail
• Experience using computers and MS Office (OpenDental is a plus)
• Committed to the protection of confidential information, records and/or reports
• Must be able to multitask and be a self-starter
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with company policy
• Ability to Work Office Hours:
  • Alternate Mondays 8:00 AM - 5:00PM
  • Tuesday and Wednesday 10:00AM – 7:00 PM
  • Thursday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Friday 8:00AM – 5:00 PM
  • Alternate Saturdays 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • July through Labor Day: Monday - Friday

Job Details:

• Greeting patients, answering telephones, scheduling and confirming appointments
• Entering patient information into the dental office system 
• Great hospitality 
• Keep office spreadsheets and stats up to date
• Giving new patients office tour
• Multitasking

Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 a year (depending on experience)
