Priority will be given to persons who have experience with providing rheumatology clinical services in a university and community setting. Participation in Quality Improvement is required.
Our division is a busy and collegial program that provides specialty Rheumatologic clinical services, including point-of-care musculoskeletal ultrasound, to a large population in Vermont and upstate New York. We have a successful adult rheumatology fellowship program and are involved in teaching rheumatology to all healthcare providers in the community. We also have a robust research program that includes clinical and translational research related to immunology, inflammatory arthritis, and vasculitis.
About the Hospital/Community: Hospital has 9 state-of-the-art operating rooms and an ambulatory surgery center with 4 operating rooms. Cases include a broad spectrum of procedures with an approximate annual volume 19,000. Call is 1:3/4.
