Base pay range

$190,000.00/yr - $275,000.00/yr

Senior Software Engineer in NYC or SF (Hybrid)

What Youll Do:

• Lead design and implementation of products and systems end-to-end
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and roadmap
• Drive technical quality through code reviews and detailed blueprint feedback

What Were Looking For:

• 4+ years of software engineering experience delivering production systems
• Strong technical fundamentals and ability to work across frontend (React/React Native) and backend (Node/Express, MongoDB)
• Curiosity to deeply understand business context and customer needs
• Clear communication skills and collaborative mindset

Details:

• Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office (NYC or SF)
• Compensation: $190k$275k + equity
